Angela Booth is a certified family nurse practitioner at Immediate Care. She earned her associate’s degree in nursing at Casper College and worked in the Emergency Room at Wyoming Medical Center for 12 years. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University, completing coursework between shifts in the ER. She is married and has three children and two grandchildren. She enjoys singing at her church every Sunday.
Lindsey Bruckler is a certified family nurse practitioner at Urgent Care East. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla. She has 14 years of nursing experience in the hospital and clinic settings.
Dr. Burke is an internist at at Cole Creek Primary Care in East Casper. He is accepting adult patients.
Don Coulter is a nurse practitioner specializing in adult gerontology-acute care. He has more than 19 years of experience as a clinical nurse and manager. At Wyoming Medical Center, he has worked in the nursery, in the ICU and a as a flight nurse. Coulter see patients at Immediate Care.
Dr. Dunn is board certified in family medicine and is medical director of Mesa Primary Care and Sage Primary Care. He grew up in Denver and moved to Casper to complete his residency at University of Wyoming Family Practice. He was a Wyoming Medical Center hospitalist for several years.

Loura Heuer is a certified family nurse practitioner at Mesa Primary Care. Previously, she worked as a nurse at Wyoming Medical Center for many years. She began in Outpatient Services and the GI lab before transferring to the Emergency Department where she worked for 13 years.
Monica Janssen is a certified family nurse practitioner at Mesa Primary Care seeing patients of all ages. Previously, she worked at Wyoming Medical Center for 12 years, starting as a nurse’s aid on our neurology floor in April 2003 while attending nursing school at Casper College. She also worked in our Intensive Care Unit.

Dr. Lloyd joined Sage Primary Care in March 2006. He has practiced medicine in Wyoming since 2002. Dr. Lloyd is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is also volunteer Medical Director for Nowcap.

Toni Patik is a certified physician's assistant at Sage Primary Care. She grew up in Casper and was an environmental chemist for 15 years before pursuing her career in medicine.She earned her physician assistant degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. She worked in family practice in Gillette for two years before returning to Casper in 2001 to join the local Veterans Administration clinic, where she practiced for 10 years. She then practiced for five years at Rocky Mountain Oncology followed by a brief time as a hospitalist physician assistant in Rock Springs. While she specialized in children health during her training, she is accepting patients of all ages at Sage Primary Care.
Dr. April Rosalez is board certified in family medicine, and specializes in pediatrics. She sees patients of all ages at Mesa Primary Care. She trained at Wyoming Medical Center for two years and completed her residency at the University of Wyoming Family Medicine Residency in Casper.

Annette Russell is a certified physician assistant in our Clinical Decision Unit at Wyoming Medical Center. Russell grew up in Casper and attended nursing school at Casper College. She previously worked as a nurse at Wyoming Medical Center and as a physician assistant in cardiology. She also worked as a physician assistant in Gastroenterology Associates in Casper. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and partaking in the many outdoor activities around Casper.

Jackie Smith-Lapp is a certified family nurse practitioner at Immediate Care.
Previously, she was a registered nurse at Wyoming Medical Center working on the critical care float pool and as nursing supervisor. She was a nurse and nursing supervisor at West Park Hospital in Cody prior to coming to Casper.
Dr. Voinov is a board-certified family practice physician at Sage Primary Care. She completed two medical degrees, studying in Romania and the Netherlands, and has completed research in viral culture techniques. She was awarded the Biopsychosocial Model and Family-Centered Care Award and the McLaren Family Practice Residency Program’s Employee of the Year Award.
Dr. Wells is a board-certified in family practice physician at Sage Primary Care. She grew up in Rochester, N.Y., and was interested in science from a young age. She earned her medical degree at State University of New York at Stony Brook. She became interested in rural primary care after hearing stories about her mentor’s residency and practice around Greeley, Colo. Dr. Wells completed her residency at the University of Wyoming Family Medicine in Casper. She returned to Casper in 2002 and joined Sage Primary Care in 2013. Dr. Wells has special interests in hospice care, pediatrics and well family care.
